Final Sale - Please Choose Carefully
All JIN Jewellery purchases are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credits for change of mind.
We know that's a big ask - so we've made it easier to choose with confidence. Our product pages include multiple photos, detailed measurements, and our team is always available to help before you buy. The 365 Carefree Guarantee - Our Quality Promise
Every JIN piece is backed by the 365 Carefree Guarantee. If your piece tarnishes, fades, changes colour, or loses its plating within 365 days of receiving it during normal everyday wear, we replace it free. We even pay your return shipping.
This is our quality promise. It covers:
- Tarnishing, fading, colour change, or plating loss during normal everyday wear
- Worn in water - pools, sweat, rain, washing hands
It doesn't cover:
- Physical damage - broken chains, bent pieces, lost stones
- Direct chemical damage - bleach, harsh cleaners, perfume sprayed directly onto the piece

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your piece arrives damaged or we've sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at hello@jinjewellery.com.au with a photo. We'll make it right immediately - replacement or full refund, your choice. We cover all return shipping costs in these cases.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation for major failures. For minor failures, we reserve the right to offer a repair or replacement. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
