We handle and pack your pieces with love and care, to make sure your order arrives safely. All orders are packed and sent from Queensland, Australia via Australia Post. Once an order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking link, so you can see where your package is. 

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. 

Shipping Within Australia

Shipment usually arrives within 2-5 business days. It can be tracked via the Australia Post tracking link you receive when your order is sent out for delivery. 

Express shipping is free for all orders over $120 Australia wide.

If your order is below $120, you will have the option of using Standard Shipping at $10 or Express at $13.50.

Pick up is available from Forest Glen, Sunshine Coast. Please email hello@jinjewellery.com.au before ordering to arrange a day and time. 

International Shipping 

Items shipped overseas can take anywhere from 6-21 days (longer in rare cases) to arrive.

Orders over $180 AUD will receive free international shipping. If the total order value is under $180 AUD, a flat rate of $22.00 AUD will be charged for shipping.

Please note that you may receive local import duties and customs charges upon your order arriving in your country (eg. some European countries).

There are currently a limited number of countries where shipping is not available via this website. If you are unable to process your order, it may be based on your delivery location. In this case, please contact us via hello@jinjewellery.com.au or DM on Instagram and we will do our best to help you get your pieces.
